Authentic Thai at a reasonable price and friendly atmosphere

The service was friendly and the pad Thai had good flavor but the noodles were very tough. Had trouble cutting them with a fork. It was very busy though so I'll have to try again on another night.

One of the local favorites. Sam is very friendly and the food is excellent. Many students and staff of the UC drive across town just for his food. I highly recommend Sam Cafe.

Sam Cafe is awesome, although it's a bit farther away from the city's center the food is fantastic with a competitive price to boot.
