Rob, who serviced my High End Mountain bike that had a bent tail frame and other issues, fixed the bike to perfect condition!!!!! The price of service was great. I tipped him cause of the work he did... Will do my future buys/service here!!

Overpriced and arrogant. Repairs are never done right the first time. Owner comes across as being inconvenienced by dealing with customers and their problems or questions.

Sam Bicycle shop is the best. I came into get my tire fixed and they fixed it on the spot and gave me good advise. I highly recommend them. Prices are good too. Nice people too.

I went to Sams bike store today because the chain popped on my mountain bike this morning. I called first and he asked me to bring in my broken chain to see exactly what I was working with. He had the new chain in stock and he even cut the new one to match exact size for me. I went home put it back on with the help of this link adapter he gave me and I was riding less than hour after my chain popped originally! Great experience.

My name is Beth. I have done business twice with Sam. The first time was in Summer 2015. I had pegs, bell alarm and lights installed on my son's bike.  This year I had my son's handle bar adjusted (as he had a recent fall ) and I had his seat replaced.  Though, we were greeted very warmly by a young boy in 2015 I find Sam personally to be cold and uninviting. I rarely write reviews unless it is a restaurant but I just hung up the telephone after a call to him for pick-up of my son's bike. Not even an HELLO, HOW ARE YOU, SEE YOU SOON, YOUR SON'S BIKE IS NICE OR BLAH BLAH...NOTHING!!! A female answered the phone and he came on a few moments later. He said nothing. I said "hello this is Elizabeth." He replied "ok" I said "umm what time you close?" He replied "5" It's already 4:43PM." I said "ok I guess I'll see you on Monday" He replied "ok" I said "ok" UNBELIEVABLE!!! A person that has gotten my money twice. I even purchased TREK gears from him when I could've gone to Sports Authority.  I never mentioned that I am a Doctor at Hackensack Hospital and he may just need my services one day. I could never NOT treat him warm. IT'S THE WAY YOU DO THINGS THAT COUNTS! It's like he doesn't know you, so pay pick up and go! If a small business owner such as himself wishes to have a successful business he ought to learn what "customer service" is I get it that you're getting "old" and a bit hard of hearing but all the more reason to be pleasant and warm when dealing with the public. I am in no way shape of form hiding my identity because I feel so alienated and disrespected. My business with Sam ends TODAY APRIL 23!! I'll be picking up my son's bike April 25...and that's that!
