I've looked at Road bikes and Hybrids there and the salesperson always recommends Specialized. I know the brand is good but give me some other options . They also offered me almost nothing for my trade in which I bought there. If the retail price is non-negotiable then at least give me a decent price on my trade in. The place is nice, people are very nice but I did get a better deal at a competing bike shop.

Awesome place! I purchased my first mountain bike there. Just a couple weeks ago. The gentleman who helped happened to be the owner. He directed me in the right place into what I needed for my plans on biking. Gave me the best option, along with knowledge of the sport and equipment. Very welcoming and friendly place. I felt comfortable and satisfied with my purchase there! Highly recommend.

I would like to thank Mark and the whole crew @ Westwood Cycle for a wonderful experience! These guys really take care of you from the time you walk in to the shop. They take there time to answer all your questions in detail before purchasing and making sure this is the right bike for you. I have visited many bike shops but nothing like this place. They have some serious inventory there. If you want World Class service look no further this is the place to be! I will definitely be sending all my family and friends here! I am loving my Defy Advanced 1 Composite/Neon Orange!! You have a customer for life!! Thank You

I have been going to Westwood Cycles for more than 20 years. Since I live in Florida and in NJ only 4 months a year I go to Westwood while I'm here in NJ. Without fail whatever the issue Mark and Allan take care of it! I just had a small problem with my Focus and after Allan worked on it, the problem is resolved and the 4 year old bike rode like it was new. Allan is the best mechanic I have ever met and I've been riding for over 50 years. By far this is the best bike shop in NY and NJ. Thanks Mark and Allan for everything!

Westwood cycle is a great local bike shop that has been around forever. It's been family owned for over 50 years and they make you feel like family. This is my go to bike shop!
