I'm not a member but wanted to try it out and see if this was as good as Bj's so I called to get a free one day pass. What a Hassle. OH BOY! I had to go online which is not a problem but then I could not find where I was able to get a one day pass so I had to call and get help. They did not know how to get me the right directions to navigate their website. Really! Finally after numerous attempts I was able to make a account. That is whats required. Okay so i did. At which when I went to the store and went to the guest service desk. The young man helping me asked me for a code number in which I replied I did not receive a code number but luckily I did all the website browsing through my phone and was able to pull up where I left off on the website as he mentions I should have received a code and I told him I did not and showed him my phone with the website on it then I realized not him but I figured out that maybe I should log in so I logged into my account that and behold there was a numeral code number good for that day only which allowed me to shop at the store but lass 10% Of a discount. Needless to say this store the and the way they do business together with the people that work there was not a pleasant experience so rather than pay for a membership I left and will not be returning. I'll stick with Bj's which is a lot more customer friendly experience. Not to mention that they have just as good so products and pricing.

Went to get a couch there was one in a package & the other on display the manager he said if I chose the floor display I would get 10% off. Went home and came back the next day with a truck to bring it home in. The manager was a different manager he said the display was the only one they had and I could not have the 10% off because they ordered 6 more. I went to the parkinglot and called another sams club who told me that the store I was at had two in stock. I decided they were just to damn lazy to get it for me and that is why they said they only had the one on display. The manager kept telling me come back tomorrow. So I went home & ordered it online which said it was ready for pick up imagine that. Complete rude & laziness!

My local Sam's Club is a good store, most times I can get help in the isles if I need some. Many times the checkouts are very busy with multiple customers waiting in line. Today is the first time that Jewelry is opened its lines for 10 items or less. That is encouraging to me. They've been a good store. Maybe they are getting better, more responsive. I like that.

Called sams to get a hold of membership desk. I asked for a specific associate...waited about 3 mins..came back and told me the person I asked for wasnt there...the associate and I are close as family gets. I knew for a fact the associate was there. I was calling on a deadline to find information that would of took (give or take family giggles) 1 minute of time if organized properly...it was so problematic I ended up finding another solution(the person who was helping me had a line of custermers as well and it was close to closing time.) to my problem after they sent me on a goose hunt. Order of opetations in itself is common sense. I do not think that a store That's upheld with such proficiency should be disorganized in a chain of command via a main membership service with constant flow to be so quick to blame others and not take time to find out whats going on. The fact of how apparently disorganized it was and quick to move on to the next issue and then find a reason to suffocate the problem with a load of post-tense actions was unbecoming of a quality membership offered partner buisness.. The soulution, via order of operations would to have a stable chain of command that is ready and willing to multitask while remaining calm and assertive. No customer should feel like they are the problem because that's not good for business. Im just saying this because I care. I care deeply about maintaining our standards for efficient quality goods at a reasonable membership marketed establishment. No blame is necessary. No fingers pointing at one another...JUST Solve the issue because its embarrassing to have to make a scene in public over such a big marketed constant. Dont strive to be perfect...adapt to the surrounding and do according as if it was you and your own family's buisness. Thats who's buisness I would appreciate doing business with. . .Yuppies...hehehehe lol duh. So no worries. (See not so serious now huh). Calmly and responsibly get it together. That is all.

I cannot believe they do not carry Scott's toilet paper in neither regular or extra soft. One of the floor staff told me they no longer carry it. The Sam's Club version is only a one ply which is not generally useful unless you want you to fingers stick through the toilet paper and get a handful! Ewwww I think a lot of these Club stores are going by the wayside and not many people shopping because of mismanagement by the store managers. These clubs stores need to be straight up with their business and stop giving us BS products.
