Just left this establishment, my husband & I walked around for 20-25mins & no one ever acknowledged us, in walk some hispanics & the sales girl flocks to them. Very poor customer service. Will gladly spend my $ elsewhere.

came into the store and paid cash for a sectional and ottoman, delivery date was set for 3 weeks away from date of purchase, in the meantime I ran across something cheaper at a different place, called and spoke to someone about how would it work if i found something cheaper and wanted a refund (never stated i wanted a refund), then called to change something on my order and found that my entire order had been cxd and a refund was on its way back to my account,spoke to management to get my order reinstated and my delivery date had change to something that was not convenience for me. Now i have been jerked around and have no furniture and no one seemed to care at all about my happiness nor my business. Nothing was even offered to me for the mistakes that was made on the company's part at least a discount or faster delivery date seeing as though this was not a mistake that I made

I went there to purchase a sectional I saw on their website. Sales person told me it's not on display and it may be out of stock. He spoke to someone and found out there was one more in stock but their systems were down etc so he was going to call me the next morning for sure to let me know if it's still in stock. I went through the approval process and was approved for a good amount to afford the sectional and was told to bring proof of income and address. The next day comes, I wait till the afternoon and no one calls so I decided to do the calling and the sales guy wasn't there but I spoke to one of the finances people about the proof of address issue and that the apartment I lived in wasn't in my name thus the bills were in my boyfriends name and it seemed she still wanted something in my name. I ended up finding the exact furniture from a BIG furniture store in Dallas for $140 less!! I paid cash and received it in great condition. I am happy that the salesman didn't call me and happy the finance person couldn't understand my address situation, I was going to pay in full anyway and didn't want to go through the finance process.
