I visited this location to purchase a new dining set and couches for my home. I received a quote on the table after 30min of waiting and the salesman making multiple calls. Then he says he quoted me incorrectly and it would be an additional $1,200! After that I asked what the total would be if I added on a chair and sofa. He again made multiple calls and received approval for an amount he quoted me. It is an hour later and I am at the desk. He didn't know how to write a ticket so a woman offered to help. DURING HIM WRITING THE SALE THE OWNER CALLED AND SAID HE NO LONGER APPROVED OF THE DEAL! I can't believe the lack of customer service and flat out lies I was told. I will not be doing business with Texas Lifestyle Furniture in the future.

Walked  up there on blak Friday and there was  a gentlemen  there  looking around for 30 minutes and he didn't even say  hello or I will be with  you in a minute.

We bought 2 out doors swings and a rocking chair from Larry out of their catalog. Larry promised 3 weeks delivery from their ware house. 2 days later they delivered the old faded, worn out, weathered, ones from their parking lot display. Larry promised in a written signed statement to make good and replace them with new ones when ware house delivers them, or he would refund our money. they never did ! The wrong size rocking chair loaner was never replaced, and the new swings were never replaced either. Had to take owner to court. Larry is a person that can not be trusted. A big lair and a crook. Be aware

I bought a super cute twin size bed. It was a blue distressed style so cute! When we bought the bed he said they weren't going to buy from the vendor it came from anymore due to time it takes to receive shipments. I think the real reason is because it was poorly made :( unfortunately I found out the hard way. My son was climbing on the bed while my 1 year old was climbing under the bed. The side railing which is made 100% wood split out of no where and crashed to the floor! That bed was made for my CHILD NOT SAFE! I am upset at the fact that they wouldn't give me my money back only exchange. Too make a bad situation worse they don't even have a bed I could exchange it for. SO now I was forced to buy something else since I could only use store credit now I am having to go somewhere else and spend more money on anew bed.
HORRIBLE way to treat your business I do not recommended this place since they cant take full responsibility of selling me a bad made bed for kids.
