As I'm still sitting at the table waiting to speak to a manager. My soup was luke warm with a bone in it, our entree not much warmer and our bread sticks were not served with our soup and salad. Our bread sticks were not even served with our meal, they came for dessert with the waitress commenting, " Oh well better late than never, right" at least the bread sticks were hot. So we got them in a to go box. She didn't check on us once, didn't ask if we needed a drink refill. Didn't offer us any compensation. Had to ask twice to speak to a manager.
End result bread sticks free and we received managers apologies. 
Final comment, eat at the Sam's in Rockton instead. Better quality food, better service AND better prices vs portion size.

I love their food, but they need to find more polite workers. I ordered over the phone for delivery and the young lady who took my order was very rude and uncooperative when talking to me. I was very disappointed

Have always liked their pizza so decided to try other stuff.  My wife ordered the cod dinner that looked and tasted like tallapia, my daughter got an Italian beef that had two little pieces of meat and three times more bread.  The lasagna I got wasn't bad but small for the cost.  It also took to long to get food considering there was hardly anybody there.  My suggestion is stick to pizza and order it for take out.

Sam's is my go to for authentic, and delicious pizza. The team there have consistently exceeded expectations and went out of their way to provide some of the best service I've had in the area.

 Honestly, they deserve a lot more credit than they receive. They hire a lot of younger workers in the surrounding area and provide them their first job, giving them a true work experience. They work them hard, and for good reason. They also give back to the community with donations as well.

 Once you walk in you can hear the work ethic in the kitchen. The employees move with a sense of urgency to cater to customers inside of the restaurant, and to those coming to pickup. As with anything, they're not perfect, mistakes happen.

 There was an instance where they left out part of my order, instead of immediately running online and filing a complaint, I called and informed there was an issue, and they immediately remedied it and even discounted part of the order back to me.

They're passionate, and you can taste it. 

 If you've had a poor experience, and didn't handle it like an adult with communication, then the fault is yours.

 I just want to say thank you Sal and to your crew, and I can't wait to come back for that perfect Sausage, garlic and basil pizza with extra sauce. You guys rock!
