The service is good depending on the day. Most of the time great though. Every time I go our food is fresh and the order is accurate. The portions in the tacos are also great. Even when really busy most of the crew is smiling. Great job

Good taco but EXPENSIVE!  The workers are great kind and courteous even brought out our food to us.  I love the salsa bar.

Not the best Taco John's I've ever been to. Taco meat always seems to be warm, not hot. However, not the worst either.

Great service. Friendly staff...from the nice guy who took our order to the friendly woman who delivered our food. It was very busy when we went at lunch...lots of people inside and in the drive through. And we got our food very fast.  Amazing food! Potato Ole's we're perfect...yum!!!

Went today (8/11/207) at 11:15 waited in line for over 15 min this is not what I call fast food.  When I got to window I asked the associate was there a problem and she answered not that she knew of.  Then I explained to her that 2 customers behind me had left the line and she said yep I know!  Not showing any concern or even apologizing for the wait.  That should have been a given with customer service.  It will surely be a quite a while before I go back.  I don't lunch out often so this was suppose to be a treat for myself.
