Working with Sam Ash was easy and affordable. My daughter was is the market for an electric guitar. We chose Sam Ash because of the free shipping and registration coupon which made the purchase more affordable than any other site we visited.

My daughter ordered a guitar that was back ordered and then changed her mind because she didn't want to wait. We called customer service to cancel the order. The gentleman quickly cancelled the order, placed the new order and applied the coupon without any issues. My daughter's guitar arrived two days later.

Very helpful on chat. Answered all my questions and (most importantly) asked me questions to insure suitable suggestions. I liked the suggested guitar so much that I bought it! It arrived and is awesome! Totally satisfied!

Really great experience with them! Fast shipping!! I love that even the shipping tape has your name!! Yes it ends in trash, but you take such pride in your whole experience, that even that small detail is not overseen! Great prices and amazing customer service so far!

I had the best experience purchasing an amp for my fiancé! I had a few questions regarding the amp so, instead of emailing , I called. I got though to a person immediately and they could not have been any nicer. Evan helped me through my questions and made me feel even more confident about my purchase! I highly recommend buying via Sam Ash for all musical needs! Evan was awesome!

Great prices and customer service.  Both my guitars were shipped out and received in a day or two.  I had an issue with one of them but they sent me a replacement overnight.  Outstanding.
