San Angelo Park

Nice, quiet, clean, safe, green. Plenty of shade in the park and even around it at most time of days. It is in a decent neighborhood and near the 605 freeway and valley boulevard. Which is a pretty busy intersection with tons of traffic. But you can not even tell when you are at the park. There are plenty of kids playing, i love to hear their laughter. And a good, clean, always- stocked bathroom. They offer self-defense classes for adults and children, in the spring and summer i think. They offer well advertised events. The parking lot is small but abundant parking available in the streets immediately surrounding the park, which are wide enough that you are not on top of the neighbors lawns. No matter how hot the day is, their always seems to be a cool breeze coming through. Fellow visitors are friendly enough without being nosey. I have never experienced any trouble or drama and have always found it to be peaceful and a relaxing place to get away for a bit without having to drive for hours, right in the middle of the bustling city. A marvelous place for a summer bbq... There are units covered gazebos with a grills and a water park to cool off... Tennis & basketball courts... Plenty of room to exercise. "GL" Goodliving tree & gardening serv.

It's ok! Not a big Park, but my kids enjoyed the place!...
