Small airport with few employees. The front desk people are also the ones who load and unload baggage so you never know if someone will be available to help you. You can not rely on your flight leaving or arriving on time. I have had the worst experiences here but continue to go back just because I don't want to drive to Dallas. Every time I do it,  I regret it. 1 of 4 of my trips have gone as planned without delay or cancellation. Cancelled flights really screw up your travel plans and you can't even get on a same day flight, could be 1-2 DAYS after you planned to leave. American Air does not compensate you for any inconvenience as they try to inconvenience the least amount of people so this airport is usually on the back burner. Be prepared to be disappointed and late!

TSA is subpar.  Love standing with weight on my shoulders for 35 minutes. Especially when there's only 5 people in line. Speed it up! You're a blip of an airport. Are ya milking the clock?

Great little airport. American Airlines is the only airline here but the flights are less expensive than Midland or Abilene plus free parking.

Save your money and your sanity. Drive to Abilene or Dallas.

Every single flight is delayed, not 1 has ever been on time, and it takes at least 30 minutes for the luggage to get there.
