I think they are very good. Most of the time. However you're only as good as the people that work for you and some who work there shouldn't be. I realize they are swamped with POOR PEOPLE. I am poor as well. I live on a fixed income and can't even afford clinics. A few months ago my PCP went on maternity leave. I have High BP and am diabetic. Both have been high lately. SACDC wouldn't see me because of this until I got an okay from my Dr.. Couldn't get anyone at my Doctor's to HELP me. Now my tooth has broken and I'm in awful pain; constantly. Finally I get the papers the SACDC needs sent like they wanted today. Now they tell me it's too late, as I have been out of H4H and in my place for the year. Thats as big a F.U. as I couldn't have expected from them. Now I'm in the worst pain imaginable. Not going to ask for HELP again. I'd rather throw myself in front of a speeding bus!

We try our best to help all those who walk into to SACDC. People who think we don't try our best don't know how far we take that extra step. It's a wonderful place to help ALL God's childern.

I can't get ahold of anyone I spent 3 hours waiting for someone to pick up the phone no answer and I even sent them emails still no reply and I have 3 teeth that need to be pulled and other issues if I got a call back I would change my review

the customer service is very bad!gloria the executive director refused me service and her boss refuse to give me her information!!!!i have an infected tooth that needs pulling and they can not make an apppt till next year which is insane!i tried getting info of who is over gloria but that person does not want her info being given out!!!(whoever it is doesnt want me to know their name or anything which is unexceptable for a business)

Very friendly people , had an infection on my tooth they took it out and were very professional . Ed was very professional
