I have been coming to All Smiles for a few years now after having not so good experiences elsewhere. Now my whole family comes to this practice. We have built relationships with the staff and trust them 100%. They have always been incredibly kind and explain everything. The new offices are beautiful and clean. There are tons of comfort options which is a plus. I love this place!

Wonderful company..every one is so nice.. Stephanie is very professional and made me feel very comfortable just came in for a routine cleaning.and to file down a tooth from a mishap.I feel more confident in my smile. I thought I might need more done.but Dr Vela was very honest and didn't try to push any other services that were not needed..So happy with service that I am bringing my son in next.thanks all smiles for making y my day.

I went to this dentist while I was in SA for college and could not return home to my usual dentist. They cleaned my teeth and took pictures, then proceeded to tell me that I had 4 cavities and needed to have them fixed very soon. They did not show me the cavities in the photos or any proof that something was wrong. The cost was outrageous and they said it would only increase after a few months as my cavities would get worse. I did not have the money to do the procedure so I waited about 8 months until I could see my usual dentist back home. I expected to have four horrible cavities, but as it turns out, I DIDNT HAVE ANY. These people just want your money. Avoid this place at all costs.

Dr. Vela is the only dentist I will ever go to! He has done some extensive dental work on me and I have had a phobia of dentists for as long as I can remember. He and his staff always make me feel comfortable and at ease; and their work is excellent.

What can I say, best experience hands down every single time I come. Everyone on staff is so great and knowledgeable. I drive all the way from Pearsall Road off exit in 410 and it’s always worth the drive.
