I am so glad I searched for a dentist on Yelp and found New Heights Dental! Today was my third visit for a crown and it went well. My second visit to this establishment was for three fillings, the first was for x-rays, an exam and a dental cleaning. New Heights Dental has a really contemporary design, beautiful decor, comfortable and very clean. As a music lover, I LOVE the contemporary music they play instead of the usual BORING elevator music heard in most dental offices. I am super excited to return to their office for braces next week. On a side note: they offer a program for patients who do not have dental insurance which I think is really clever and helpful during these times. All of my visits have been wonderful and the staff is friendly. There is a very short wait for your appointment, you get in and get out but don't feel rushed at all. All of the assistants are sweet and Dr. Riley is very caring and personable. His passion for his profession is really evident in his work. If you're in the San Antonio area, don't hesitate to give them your business. I've had a lot of dental work done in my lifetime and he's by far my most favorite dentist.

Every employee in the office conducted themselves in the utmost professional manner. The dental practice is on the cutting edge in regards to technology, and the office is decorated with immaculate taste. Could not have been more comfortable with my dental visit. Highly recommend.

Dr. Riley and staff provided me with a 18 month dental plan on work I needed done. As of today I have completed my dental plan thanks to staff and Dr. Riley. They have worked with me on scheduling and payment options. I had a very unexpected experience when Dr. Riley himself called me to follow up. Wow talk about great customer service. I will recommend them to family and friends.

I went into today to have a ginivectimy and was sedated with Xanax. I have never sedated with this type off drug for a procedure and did not know what to expect. Evidently I was mumbiling things while in and out of consciousness that the staff that was directed at them. Which in turn was not. I was basically kicked out and the procedure was not completed and left incoherent an numb as hell. I would not recommend Dr. Gomez at all for any type of dental work on anyone due to his awful bedside manner.

I am a 40 year old man who has been to a lot of dentists over the years. Dr. Riley and his team are the absolute best that I've ever been to. First and foremost they have a great culture of care for their patients. Service is delivered with a smile. Second, they are punctual and organized. I've never had to wait for more than a few minutes when I show up for an appointment. Perhaps most importantly to me, they treat more than just your teeth and gums. They take time to get to know and treat the person, emotionally as well as physically. My family and I feel very fortunate to have found New Heights Dental. Thank you Dr. Riley & team!
