Both the downtown San Diego and the San Marcos locations are amazing! I can't comment on the other offices because I haven't visited them, but I have a feeling that they are also amazing. This office doesn't feel like a government office at all!

Waiting hours to pick up a piece of paper while there's numerous employees simply behind the counter not helping anyone looking you right in the face. Then once you get some help the clerk is beyond rude and speaking to you like you were ignorant for not filling out the section of the paper that says " to be completed by clerk" then acting as if you are holding her up for her incompetence. This place must be the best place to work since you don't do anything but pretend to be on the computer while we can see you not even doing anything but texting on your phone. Then being rude and belligerent to people when you finally have to help someone. 1 star is being generous.

I was here to file a DBA. I was in and out so fast. They called my number twice before I was even done filling out my application. Wish the DMV was like this.

Came in to get my Birth Certificate (No appointment) just walked in. It took about 15mins total I'm very pleased with this place :-)
