I have had great service in the past, but not yesterday.  I have been going there for decades for marriage, birth certificates.  Yesterday, I had to go for my children's father's death certificate.  I expected at least the kindness I have always received.  The woman was rude, told me I had no right to the death certificate because we had been divorced, handed me a piece of paper to the Rosecrans office and shoved me out.  It was heartless. Yes, he was my ex-husband, it doesn't mean I am not in mourning; he was still the father of my children.  Truly what emotionless robots are working there now?

Waiting in long line with only a few people working. :-( I don't remember having to wait this long in Downtown. Actually it wasn't too bad, I need more patients. :-)

Took some time just to get my daughter's birth certificate, but they were nice one I got up there. There really should be a more streamlined way of doing that.
