Protection? Yeah, right! Don't ever testify for them! If they would give me the case or file numbers I could apply for victim services. You would think it would be their job to know if protection will be needed. I should have known when it was to dangerous for the jury to be in the same room.

In San Francisco, if you are slandered you have a mental disorder.. you will have no protected rights whatsoever. The cynical remarks about our government are true, in San Francisco. The San Francisco Office of the District Attorney simply "processes" a complaint without critical review: "The DOJ is required to verify name, fingerprints, date of admission, date of discharge and county of residence" according to W&I Code (law). It never happened. This is how I was listed on my criminal background check as a dangerous paranoid schizophrenic diagnosed in a closed psychiatric facility in the United States Army. First, I was denied graduation. Next, I never had another job. Now, I was jailed. I was jailed because three drug addicts accused me, two providing false addresses, one having aliases listed in police records. I have never even had a traffic ticket. Two had participated in an attempted car jacking along with two others. There were two vehicles involved, in addition to my vehicle. These "complaintants" never came forward. Believed to be mentally disordered, I had no protected rights whatsoever. I made a criminal complaint. Nothing has been done. The explanation: The SFPD legal department has refused to release the police report to the Office of Citizen Complaints, where the San Francisco Police Department - Management Control Division LT sent it, explaining the police "Bill of Rights" requires all complaints have to start at the Office of Citizen Complaints. That is precious. There is a "Bill of Rights" I did not have. I will take this "review" down, only if I have justification to do so.
