I had to take my mom to San Juan Regional ER today. Can i just say... friendly! Clean! Didn't even blink an eye at her service dog. Performed multiple tests. Consulted with an outside doctor. Got us prescriptions and a referral. All within 3 hours. I am not used to that at all but very happy! Here is a thank you to all the staff! We really appreciate your hard work and great attitude.

Just came home from taking my dad in about his popped out knee. The doctor treated him with blatant disregard; prescribing him ibuprofen, which he is allergic to. The phlebotomist needs a performance evaluation as well due to the excessive trauma to my dads injection site. Why go into the medical profession if you don't enjoy helping people? Its not a revolving door of patients to get through. My dad is still in pain and cant straighten his leg out. He never goes to the hospital because anytime he does this kind of treatment happens. We should have had him wait it out to go to the chiropractor.

We had a mix-up with some of my wife's medical records and were worried how this was going to be corrected. We talked to Theo Brown (medical records) and she was awesome. She understood our situation, knew the solution, and helped us get this resolved. She is one fine addition to SJRMC.

Loved Dr. Del Carmen. She saved my dad's life. What a super sweet lady and great doctor.
