THIS HOSPITAL NEEDS TO UPGRADE ITS STAFF... I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THEM. THERE IS ALWAYS A LONG WAIT BEFORE YOU SEEN.. I UNDERSTAND NOW THERE ARE SOME CONTRACT DOCTORS AND NURSES FROM OUT OF STATE IN THIS FACILITY.

Very very slow even if you have an appt??  Staying after surgery is worse! They check on you the 1st hour then nothing, tried pushing nurses help button waited 15 mins nothing!! Had to go to counter & get help nurse was very rude sarcastic & acted like we were UNCONVINCING him??

My wife had to go there at 2:00 am in the morning from the hotel while visiting Gallup.  The staff was very good to us.  We had no problems.

I just talked to the jerk they have on staff at the pharmacy over the weekend. I suppose sketchy people call this place and this particular employee's aptitude isn't high, because he refused to speak to me and hung up. Unprofessionalism meets incompetence. If I owned this business, I would review this man's phone etiquette and understanding of pharmacy policy.
