Dr  NAZARENO is simply amazing! I had a root canal (performed by Dr Lee) and it was pain free! I can't believe how thoughtful the entire staff here is including the front counter. Everyone is caring and professional. Even when I call they remember me and have a personal  touch and take their time to make sure that I'm getting my questions and concerns heard and answered. I would highly recommend San Marcos Dental Group. I'm by nature fearful of the dentist but it's such a blessing to have a dentist who understands and cares! Thank you Dr Nazareno and Dr Lee  you guys are amazing!

Very disappointed to still be paying off years later overpriced dental work at Dr. Nazareno's office. I could have purchased a car with the amount they charged me, after the fact comparing it to other office prices I was charged more than 3 times too much. Save your money, save your time and go somewhere else. And this was on top of what they billed my very good dental insurance coverage. I'm still so disappointed and wish I could get my money back. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!

I'm a senior and can afford the Best.    That's why I choose Dr Nasti and the team at SMDG.   Their facilities are top of the line and very clean and well organized.   I appreciated that the Group is made up of a number of doctors from all over the World.   Each one an expert in his/her craft.   And of course, I particularly enjoy Dr. Nasti's office staff of beautiful young women,.. even the one with the eyebrows.

How to start.....I wish there was a way to give San Marcos Dental Group no stars. I am not an avid reviewer of any place. To be quite honest, writing a review for this dental office, almost slipped my mind. Thankfully I received a reminded for my outrageously expensive unneeded dental work today and thus here I am. I guess you can say I took their bait and in my naive mind thought 60 dollars for a cleaning and x-rays...what a great deal. It was not a good deal!!! Similar to a car dealer advertising  $0 down, this is just a sales tactic. A way to get unsuspecting customers in the door. So they can strap you into their chair, insult your oral hygiene and pressure you into signing a contract for ridiculously over priced and possibly unneeded work. So let's talk numbers, they gave me an estimate for $4000 worth of dental work. Thankfully I was able to go to my family dentist and get everything done for $300.....WTF!!!!!. Not to mention, I didn't even need a root canal, but if you ask them it there was no way to avoid it. So sure they have a great location with all the shiny new equipment, but it's only because they rip off every person that walks through their door. San Marcos Dental Group is 100% in the business of selling dental, not helping patients.
