Story

Rasika Jain emigrated to the U.S. from India over 30 years ago, and graduated from Loma Linda University in 1994. These were important steps in her desire to serve her community through dentistry, as is the continuing education she goes through to keep in pace with new dental advancements. Dr. Jain also maintains active membership in the ADA, CDA, the American Orthodontic Society, and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. All of these efforts help her be the best possible dentist she can be for her patients.

I had gone to see a different dentist in Escondido and they gave me a treatment plan of over 5000. I am a senior with limited income and I know I needed the treatment but I simply could not afford that amount. I found Dr Jain through a special and found her to be much more reasonably priced. We found a treatment plan that fit my budget a lot better and we are slowly going to finish my treatment. I feel much better knowing I found someone that understands her patients needs and income. Thank you to Dr Jain and her staff. They were all wonderful

Very friendly and professional. I always recommend it to my friends and family. Dr. Jain is very nice and helpful. I am always satisfied with the work after every visit. If you are looking for a great dentist, Smiles of San Marcos is it. Would highly recommend it!

Absolutely wonderful experience! I was referred by a friend and We are both so happy to have our families seen here with Dr. Jain. Our hygienists were great.  Dr Jain And my hygienist explained and showed me everything in my mouth, it all finally made sense to me. I will definitely be referring my friends  and family here.

Im not one to review, being a business owner, but in this case I have been given no choice. I was referred by my mother and siblings, they all seemed to have had great experiences and spent well over $20k combined! So I figured they must be doing something right, right? Well the only reason I am giving them a 1 star is because my initial visit was an okay one really. A few months ago i had this initial visit where the girls in the front desk were just great and they seemed to know what they were doing. I was unsure about the doctor here who was recommending cosmetic dentistry (has anyone paid attention to how this "professional" carries herself?!). I couldn't trust someone with ripped clothing and sloppy hair, however between the assistant and front office assuring me with such confidence and of course my siblings I finally came around to starting my treatment. Except, I come back in a week or 2 ago to make an appointment and the girls in the front are gone and the new front desk lady not only smells like pot but takes her time to turn her cell phone off and get herself together to even greet me! (I said getting herself together because you dont want to know what she was actually doing when i walked in---unsanitary!) She couldnt "find" me in her system and instead of trying to help me said I must be in the wrong office. I explained that i had been seen in the past there just a few months ago and when she finally found me she said to give her a few min to redo my plan because the former staff didnt know what they were doing so i had to pay more! She went on to explaining my new plan yet she has the wrong chart in hand and hands me a print out with someone elses SSN!! RIDICULOUS!!  At this point i gave her my name and phone # so she could have the doctor contact me directly. I gave some time giving thay i came in right before a weekend and the following week was a holiday but here i am going on 2 weeks and havent been contacted by the doctor or office. Either she didnt give her my info or the doctor just doesnt care that she lost my business ($12k!).

Eva the Hygenist is wonderful but beware of Dr Jain suggesting un-necessary restorative dental procedures. Among her suggestions for me were: implant, braces, and redoing a bridge. All of which were totally off base according to a second dental opinion. They stopped offering me cleaning appointments by Eva because I didn't proceed with any other treatments and they were not making any money from me.
