Wisdom tooth been giving me major toothache pain. Been calling for 3 days straight. 1st day they got booked for the day 2nd day I've been calling since 730AM no pick up. Phones must have been off the line. Called at 735. DR lembus tells me they are all booked and can't help try again another day. By far one of the worst clinics I have been too

Worst service ever! 
Staff are unprofessional! 
It's as if they believe their jobs are secure since they don't have to follow the same guidelines and keep up with the expectations more popular (non res) hospitals have to deliver. 
They never "try" or "try hard" enough for patients. It's simply in and out, protocol, boring, routine, take your seat, shut up, no, no, no, bye service here. 
They never ever try to go above and beyond for anyone. These people are only there to get their hours and leave. 
And their scheduling!!!! Oh man! If it's urgent and needs attention asap, it doesn't matter. They will schedule a month-2 months out. 
The organization funding this clinic should be held accountable for not properly training the staff (or hiring more qualified/passionate staff) and held accountable for sleeping on their performance. Quite frankly, no one cares here!
If you can avoid this place, please do. 
If you can't... record these people. It's long overdue we expose them.

I've been getting healthcare here for decades... Due to changes in the GOV'T things are to being improved slowly but surely. Stop complaining, things could be worse like not getting seen by a doctor or getting you meds for no charge!
