Mayflower was great!  The 3 guys that handled my family's move were on time, fast and took great care of our property.  I would recommend them to anyone.

We used them for a move from NC to CT. Several items were damaged in the process. However, at delivery the driver intentionally damaged my 11 year old's dresser by using the wrong screws and drilling into the wood instead of the reinforced pre-drilled holes. Then he left the bag of proper screws on the floor next to the dresser. Because it was assembled wrong, it posed a safety hazard (the top mirror was not secured and could have fallen off). So I took pictures and reassembled it properly. Company decided not to pay for the damage (even though it was fully insured) because I "fixed" the damage. Now going to arbitration. If you enjoy running the risk of having your belongings vandalized by people representing this company, and then the company not doing anything about it, then work with them. Otherwise, I'd find someone else.

Excellent moving experience twice, once moving in and recently moving to Florida. They are hard working and efficient as they prepare and pack your possessions for shipment. They were careful and protected our belongings and we experienced zero scratches or damage of any kind. The workers were friendly and quickly loaded the truck. Highly recommend this mover.

This company moved me, stored my furniture, and relocated me to my permanent home.  My bedroom mirror was never delivered, my dresser broken,  never replaced hardware to the beds.  I could go on but I will say no more.  I have called them numerous times, went to see them to explain the losses. The operation manager, Juan, was to come to see me and never showed.  I am single and they took advantage of my situation.  I would not recommend this company after all my experiences.   The movers told me the hardware that covered the corners of my bed flipped into my clothes.  They acted like they were looking for the part and said I would find the silver  hardware corner when I moved my clothes. They lost the piece and lied to me. Looked me straight in the eyes and lied.  Please don't take any abuse from this company if you decide to use them.  I didn't know a company could be so heartless.  Happy Moving.
