What a dump. Don't be fooled by the pictures. This is an old dingy gravel parking lot that is 10 ft away from a busy rail line. And $55 to boot...an absolute ripoff. I backed my trailer in, sat and looked around for 5 minutes, and pulled out. I sucked up the prepaid $55 cost it was that bad. Chalk it up as a lesson to always read the reviews. I give this RV park (it's not even a park!) 0 stars.

Pretty once you get used to the frequent trains. Actually slept through them after a while.

Horrible customer service. Called from 14 miles away, asked about open spots, was told to drive in, pick a spot, set up and then come register. Exactly what I did and was told "you have to make reservations, we have nothing." The male manager has the customer service of a starving 3 legged hyena. The spots are horrible, and for the hour we were here 12 trains came by.

Do you like trains? If so, this place is for you.  Trains come by the tracks adjacent to this RV  Park about every 20 minutes, day and night; you can feel the earth shake as they go by. Good luck getting a nights rest here.  And if the trains don't keep you up, the 95 highway is just on the other side of the tracks.  
Oh and good luck trying to level your RV/camper, the spaces are all lopsided.  
Well, there is a beach...  but watch your step, the sand is covered in goose poop.  
The town is nice, but after a night of train hell, who cares.

I would NOT recommended this Park to anyone.
