The hotel casino and bingo area was very clean and well maintained. I would definitely come back here and return for future events. The staff was also very helpful and walked us to our destination instead of pointing which was nice of them. Great employees!

The 1st room I was placed in had a clogged tub/shower. The two chairs had stains on them. Overall cleanliness could have been better. The location is very convenient and the Mel's Diner inside the hotel has really good food. I also recommend Tacos Tijuana also located inside the hotel.

Was kind of a low-key and old hotel but it literally was the only Casino I actually won any money in in all of Reno.... it's a little older and run-down looking but I was there to have fun wasn't really worried about that. I like the diner that they had their with the jukeboxes boxes to choose music. They had a really really great breakfast.... it was like a Mel's Diner it may have you been been called that. We paid near to nothing and had all these coupons for free drinks and stuff so the deal is really great. We were able to walk to bunch of casinos from there as well..... would definitely stay there again

A terrible place racial harassment . I been at this hotel since Tuesday and no one believes I am a guest here.the key stops working and I have to jump through hoops and I'm on the registry of been assigned to the room. Poor management. We are not wasting money here.

Clean. Quiet. Comfortable. Affordable. With that said, it's super annoying that I have to wait 5-10 business days to get my room deposit back. That's really something they should let guests know before they check-in.
