Renewed my passport in less than 10 minutes. I was expecting a wait and hassle but this was much better than I expected!

I completely agree with Vincent. I recently had to get a passport and I have never in my life met such a vile person. The brunette secretary at the passport department was not only rude to me for no apparent reason but, was extremely disrespectful to my mother and brother as well. She obviously hates this job and goes to great lengths to make it horrible for everyone who has to go there. If you work at Sandy City Hall and read this review, please show the proper people with the authority to fire her.

Specifically, where you get your passport the receptionist was horrible. She was unhelpful and extremely rude. She was belittling and shouldn't have a job at a place where she has to deal with so many people. I truly believe she should be fired and I wish I could remember her name.
