If I could give ZERO stars I would. When I go to a post office I normally expect the worst - waits, the people, the rude clerk - but THIS POSTOFFICE in cottonwood heights is the WORST post office I've ever been to. The Lady (wish I remembered her name) who was "helping" me made me "stand aside" and verify my address... then proceeded to help another person making me wait an additional 15 minutes. When I got back in line I told her it was the correct address (like i had said/verified before) and she rudely told me that it wasn't going to be the post offices fault if they lost my package... great... Every time I go to this post office I feel awful when I leave. All those people need to be fired and they need to get new employees trained to better help customers!!! COME ON!!!! YOUR JOB IS NOT HARD... BE NICE AND HELP YOUR CUSTOMERS HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE

The agent on the phone was friendly.  He offered an unexpectedly quick solution to my problem in a pleasant and patient fashion.

There is a clerk there named Betty and you do not want to get in her line, she is rude she yells at customers and at other clerks.  I have talked to other customers there and they all agree that this woman should not be working in a customer service job.  I do not care how much seniority  Betty has she should not be allowed to work with the public.  I have sent several complaints and call in several complaints and nothing has been done. So it seems the manager of this post office just does not care.  I have heard from other customers that they have complained on line and call in complaints same as me and still nothing so I guess not only Betty should be fired but also the manager.

The employee I spoke with isn't customer service friendly. I talked with a man who acted pissed off and bored at my question and barely acted present on the phone. 
Hold time on the line is a joke. 
Come on people. Step up your game or dont work there please.

Let's face it it's a government agency so they don't care about you. That's why they are closing their doors  all over the country. The phone system is a piece of trash that I bet they upgraded since the 90's so these lazy turds take 45 minutes to answer.
