Might be a good company, but I don't know since their technician came out to our place of business for an emergency repair as  well as to make an analysis for an annual maintenance contract quote and I still don't have a quote. He said they would call within a few days with a quote. I have personally called the office 4 times in the last 4 weeks to get the status on the quote, they confirm they have all my information, including the sizes of all my filters and  AC units, but all they can do is tell me they will call back with a quote but have never received a call. I gave them 3 stars for at least sending the tech out immediately and repairing my original problem. The tech did great work though!

They stole $12,000.00 from me. I terminated our contract for a new 3 system installation due to disgruntled and idiotic employees refusing to provide quality workmanship. They used "trailer park" quality products in my 5600.0sqft home. Fired them before they made to the first inspection, gave them back all their crappy materials and repaired all the damage from their idiot installers. They actually ran duct work over a built out attic floor rather than around in the construction space provided for utility work. Unbelievable!!!
Scott Sansone is a worm, would not return my phone calls ever. Never refunded any of the $12k deposit. If I had the time I would have died them.

On September 12, our AC wasn't cooling so we called Sansone Air Conditioning. Then a technician, Jason, came to look at what was wrong. He said the only problem was that the breakers were off. He went on the roof and said that there were some exposed wires that needed to be covered and suggested we have the condominium association take care of it. We paid the $97 for the 10 minute visit, and we thought at least our air conditioning was cooling again. I later called, asking what wires exactly he referred to, but since I couldn't reach him, I was told by the receptionist that they were going to ask the technician and get back to us. This is very important information because exposed wires outside could cause a fire. They never called us.
A couple days later, we were woken up around 6am to a burning smell which we weren't sure where it came from. Then, every time the AC turned on, the burning smell would come on again so we decided to turn it off and call Sansone Air Conditioning. They told us that since it was a Saturday, they would be open until 3pm, and would be closed on Sunday, but that someone would return our call that same day. However, the Sansone website indicates technician availability 24 hours/7 days a week. Since an older adult lives in the house, it was urgent that we have the AC fixed. Nobody called us as was promised. The next day, we decided to reach somewhere else for our AC urgency, were attended that same day, and had cool air again in our house with no problem. Since it was a Sunday, we had to pay $200 to get it fixed. If we hadn't done so, we would still be waiting for a call from Sansone Air Conditioning.

We just had a new  Carrier air conditioner installed by  Sansone  and the experience from start to finish was excellent.  Right from the start when we went into the show room Lorraine was extremely helpful and knowledgable and then dealing with Linda  and the owner David was great.  Louis and José  were very particular to detail and very polite and professional.  Our new carrier air-conditioner is extremely  quiet and should cut our bills in half.  We are very impressed with our new infinity Wi-Fi control.  I would highly recommend this company.

When I was shopping around for a replacement unit, Sansone was the absolute best. They are very smart about using technology to help them provide better service to their customers. The office staff was incredibly friendly and helpful over the phone. If I did not already have a locally licensed A/C professional, I would have absolutely done business with Sansone. Find out for yourself, start with Sansone, and when you compare to anyone else, you will see exactly what I am talking about. They are locally owned and operated, and it shows.
