Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Robert, Tech #3175, was fast, clean, and efficient at changing out our water heater that died the night before. He was knowledgeable about any issues that arose during uninstalling the old tank and putting in the new one. He left me with no worries that the new tank was installed correctly and was courteous during the whole visit. Something that after dealing with some d-bags at other companies, I do not take for granted and commend good people for great jobs done.

“Meshach was a truly a seasoned and trained at his knowledge of plumbing and customer service skills. He seems overqualified, but I am sure he will be moving up in the ranks. He could be a great trainer/manager, although he loves the field work. I ran a 100 employee customer service center for North American Philips Electronics, so his skills are very notable to me. We had a call back today, due to a leak in the area. He returned and fixed it quickly and perfectly in 10 minutes with the same customer service skills as before.......DON'T LET HIM QUIT....QUICK PROMOTING HIM AND TAKING CARE OF HIM!!! Tony (1211), Angel (696), Denzil (595) did an excellent job finding the slab leak and repaired the leak. Very helpful and friendly and they answered all my questions. After the work is done, they cleaned everything like nothing happened. Thank you so much. Felix

My kitchen sink became blocked last night. I called Roto Rooter first thing this morning and they sent out Alisa. She was on time and very knowledgeable. She cleared out the blockage and flushed out the lines. Great job! I would highly recommend Roto Rooter to anyone with a blocked drain line.

I had the most professional technician who knew exactly what he was doing and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. Jay made sure the bathroom was cleaned up when the job was finished. He was polite and well mannered. Great experience overall.
