The Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Department is a haven for crooks, convicts, and cowards. Be on the look out for a book soon to appear on just how criminal infested Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Department protects its felonious cops and covers up their on and off duty crimes. Adrien Marquez, SBSO deputy sheriff, convicted and served three days in SLO county jail for a DUI conviction stemming from his January 10th, 2015 DUI crash on the SLO County cuesta grade of U.S. Highway 101. He has had numerous domestic violence incidents ON THE JOB. He steals from citizens confiscating their personal effects only to keep the items for himself. He is a liar, a thief, a convict, and a felon. Why does he retain his job? Oh, ,but wait, there are MORE FELONS within the Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Department to include those who violated state law and their department policy by not investigating Elliot Roger prior to his murder spree.

I am so tired of corruption by police. My neighbors complained that I was making too much noise. Santa Barbara police were here in my home twice in one evening. Three officers. I had to leave my home. I came back 3 days later only to go put my long dangly diamond earrings on that I always wear. They were gone from the top of my vanity where I keep them. The only people that were in my home were the three officers. I am so incredibly disgusted and totally in disbelief that these criminal cops were allowed in my room. The three of them should be reprimanded and forced to either return my jewelry or pay me. I will file a formal complaint. They did finally return my calls. However officer was gone until Sunday when I returned the call. Isn't this the most reprehensible story you have ever heard. I mean for real???

Every person that works here is always second guessing themselves. I have been waiting an hour because they can't honor what they told me over the phone. Such a waste of time!

Worse and most under educated people you will ever meet... They will treat you like a terrorist and give you tickets even if you jay walk so stay away as much as possible

Im a little stoopid.Ok? And i really respect those that put thier lives in harms way, for the sake of law and order. But....seriously, is there not also some level of public interest appropriate? I have had SO FAR, THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN SANTA BARBARA COUNTY than in any other town. I cannot decipher their citations, the legal fine print, and the faded inktones w indistinct directives. They may be the law but all things legal are not ethical...it left my friends tank on empty and our friendship on poorer terms than earlier. Tomorrow i will try to make some progress again but may it be on a bus? I mean c'mon isnt it obvious? Fine, ill sai it again, Im a little stoopid. I got in trouble in santa barbara and aint hardly been in trouble anywhere else in the entire u.s. not the whole rest of my 45 years. Was actually making progress in my life till i came here 3 months ago. Now its hard to get out of trouble. I had stopped crack for 5years, after a 12 year binge but maybe ill go back to it.:-) they take everything away in this town anyway.
