The officers harrass, destroy property, and search property without probable cause of the homeless and those who are unable to do anything about it. It's sad, because other times, perhaps different cops are much more understanding, and respectful.

I am in complete shock, disbelief and outrage at the ineptitude shown by this police department.  They arrested and threw into jail my 84 year old medically frail father who suffered a massive hemorrhagic stroke two years ago and has dementia for an incident.  He was clearly confused and acting all out of sorts.  My mother told the police officers he has dementia.  He should have immediately been taken to the hospital not to jail.  As a result he suffered severe emotional, mental and physical distress due to this incident and his condition has significantly deteriorated.  Now he cannot leave the house because he was so traumatized. I smell a HUGE civil rights lawsuit against Goleta police department brewing here.

Im tracing some calls and i cant prove it for sore but my cells tapped and my calls are going to an area very close to them if its them im so suing them
