Closed on the weekends, and open during the week at times that I can't make it. GG

I understand the cost cutting measures in place at the SC County Court House due to state and city budget, I get that. However, when they only answer the phones four days a week from 8 to noon, it is a bit difficult to reach ANYONE..... So, I was placed on hold, as I am each day, trying to get through. Noting that I am calling at 11:45am I probably dont have much of a chance getting to talk to anyone, Well, to my surprise, after waiting my "Turn" for the next available operator, THEY switch the phones OFF at 11:57am and turn on the auto phone message...WITHOUT helping me, the person in line waiting... BIG SURPRISE... must be lunch time. SO basically they dont care and forget about the person who they put on hold for 20 minutes. And its Thursday, so I have to try again next week !
