Good traditional style American Mexican restaurant. My mom had the shrimp fajitas which looked (and she said were) amazing.. Lots of margarita choices.. Friendly staff. Casual atmosphere, good service, reasonable prices

We had an absolutely beautiful large gathering with family!  Food and drink was amazing, service was outstanding!!!  Wonderful atmosphere!  Highly recommend Santiagos!

Two stars for two things... the restaurant was clean and our particular waiter was nice. 
First thing we got was soup & it had lettuce all over the plate for starters. There were tortilla strips from a bag and a few little specs of what was believed to be avocado.
 We both ordered chicken enchiladas, the chicken was as grey as a corporate office and the sauces were from a can, for sure. There was a piece of "melted" cheese over the enchiladas that I pushed with my fork and it sprung right off no residue on the tortilla. Rice & beans, same thing, no good but better than the enchiladas. The ingredients are unbelievably cheap & in my opinion it's insulting to call it authentic, because it's not, by any means. We didn't try a margarit's or any specialty drink but I wish we did, because maybe the food would have tasted better. If I wasn't expecting authentic cuisine, I wouldn't have been too disappointed, but buying 99 cent frozen burritos or enchiladas, throwing a slice of cheese on it & cooking it in the microwave would have saved me money & been the equivalent, if not maybe better.
