(There was only 2 other tables) I come in and got one of their steaks, potato, and macaroni. They don't have baked potatoes ready right now. That's ok. Understandable.
I got fries.
They bring out my well done steak that I ordered medium rare, and I sent it back. Fries were good. Macaroni was room temperature and didn't taste like anything. I set that off to the side. He brings a new steak, and it's just a hunk of fat. The first one was better. They're also out of A1 sauce. I paid and left. I ate 2 bites of macaroni, 5 fries, and none of my steak. I'm literally going to get food at another place after "eating" here.

I really try to give good reviews but this particular resturant has been continuing to slide down hill quality wise for months now. It seems clear that their owner and management simply don,t care about cleanliness, food quality, or good service. I can not recommend this place to anyone.

We walk in with half the place empty and available tables everywhere but told 35 minutes to be seated. The server is usually okay but food is cold, wrong order most of the time or an all around bad experience. Highly disappointed.

My fiance and I stopped by here on our vacation and deeply regret ever stepping foot in the door. Our waitress was high on something and slow as molasses. We ordered the 2 for $25 deal, my fiance ordered the baby back ribs and I got the chicken and shrimp dish. When his ribs came out they were overcooked, dry, thin and burned to a crisp. I sent them back and they came back with some that looked a lot better. We finished dinner and left. The next morning my fiance woke up with food poisoning that he suffered through for 2 days! I highly recommend not eating at this restaurant. If you you are starving and in desperate need of food, then take the risk. Otherwise steer clear of this place. It will literally make you sick to your stomach.

I was in this restaurant on Friday August 25th which happened to be also my 30th class reunion. They were one of the few restaurants opened after 9 pm and so my party of 12 stopped into a more than half empty restaurant.  The server was new and took a little time getting the orders. .  . When we started eating out of no where drops a LARGE cockroach from the ceiling into MY plate. We called the manager over. She attempted to make a joke about it and immediately changed tunes when she saw the expression of disgust on my face. She finally apologized and swept up the now-dead roach. She left the table and never came back. I waited and waited and the server who was apologizing continuously advised me that the manager was embarrassed and that's why she did not come back to the table but said that I "didn't have to pay"! After my shock over such a statement I stood to leave. The server offered me other entrees to which I declined. I contacted home office and was told that this is not a corporate store but the owners would contact me. I am still waiting a month later. I noticed the 80"s Health rating as I left. A little too late but never again! One star given because zero not available.
