Purchased a ring for my wife for Christmas in 2016 for over a thousand dollars with everything. She only wore the ring on special occasions and took very good care of it. Eleven months later the head which held the diamonds fell off. She took it back and wanted to trade up for another ring and pay no more than 500.00 dollars because we felt the ring would just brake again. Unfortunately she was informed that the only thing they would do for her was repair it. After waiting over two weeks still no ring!!!! She called them yesterday and was told that the jeweler said her ring was filthy....his words...and that the ring had to soak for a few days to get the head to hold when sodered back on. I have purchased jewelry for her before from other places and have never had anything like this happen. We will be taking it to a gemologist when we get it back and get his opinion on the situation.

What an amazing staff. I went there for a repair for my watch, the staff was wonderful. The jeweler fixed my watch while I waited. I highly recommend anyone that needs repairs or wants new... This is the place to go... Thank you...for your great hospitality and wonderful service.

I have an older Seiko watch that had a bad band pin. The manager there and the employee were kind and efficient . Even though the item I needed was inexpensive, they both treated me as if I were buying something valuable. Their service is impeccable! I highly recommend them and their service/ merchandise!

After spending over $10.000 in this store on multiple visits the employees do not even remember us. I will not return. I advise people to go elsewhere.
