As a watch enthusiast, I can think of no better place in the area to purchase a watch than Windsor in Winston-Salem. The selection is top notch and the staff is experienced and well-versed in both the trends and traditions of the watch industry. Kevin, in particular, is as knowledgeable as they come and he always takes the time to make sure you understand the nuances of the watches in which you are interested. But, he is not alone - the entire staff is willing and able to make the experience as pleasurable as it should be. I couldn't recommend a retailer, ANY retailer, regardless of what they sell, more.

I love my Dog Fever ring and bracelets that I got from Windsor Jewelers.  Kevin was a pleasure to work with and was extremely helpful and professional.  Kevin also assisted me with the purchase of a Hamilton watch for my husband.  My husband and I are both very satisfied with our jewelry and the level of care and service we received.  Windsor Jewelers has proven to be an outstanding choice and their customer service is second to none.  Windsor Jewelers will be our go to store for future jewelry and timepiece purchases. Recently my husband and I visited Windsor Jewelers seeking a new ring setting for a keepsake diamond.  The staff worked long and hard trying to locate  a ready-made, three-stone setting that could accommodate our diamond and two, beautifully-matched new rubies that Windsor found for us.  Because the diamond was small, there was not a commercial mounting that suited, so Windsor's fine craftsmen made one specific to our needs.  The resulting ring is simply gorgeous--classic but unique--and we are absolutely delighted!  Everyone who helped us was highly trained, most pleasant, and so careful to keep us informed every step of the way.  The experience was wonderful from beginning to end, and we enthusiastically recommend Windsor Jewelers: in a class by itself.

This store is amazing!!!  I have just moved here from New York to go to school and was looking for a nice jewelry store to fix some of my jewelry.   I was greeted immediately by a nice sales professional named Jennifer.   Jennifer was so kind to clean my jewelry and show me around the store.   They have some of the nicest brands that I usually have not seen out of larger cities like New York or Chicago.  Also, their watch selection is PHENOMENAL!!!!  I will be visiting often since they seem to have regular events and shows that bring in top designers and amazing jewelry and watches.  Way to go Windsor!!  First class service and a beautiful inviting environment!!

UPDATE: Another great experience with Windsor Jewelers.   They were able to repair my Tag Heuer watch that was not purchased from there.  Such a surprise and delight to have quality repairs with superior customer service.   Again, I have to give kudos to the entire staff of Windsor for their warm welcome and their kindness with my repairs.

I was in the market for an engagement ring. After my first visit to Windsor I knew this was where I wanted to do busy, not only for an engagement ring but also for wedding bands, watches, and any other future jewelry purchases. I had an excellent experience. Customer service by the staff, management, and owner was top notch. I had done my homework with regards to the "3 C's" and I knew excellently what I wanted. I worked with Natalie the entire process and she was wonderful. Very friendly, not pushy, and actually cared about my future fiancé and our story. Purchasing an engagement ring is already stressful enough but Windsor made my experience a GREAT one!
