Erica Lester has been the most professional employee. Not only is she always ready to help with a smile, but she learns your personality and can pick out jewelry you wouldn't think about and takes her time to make sure you are leaving happy. I have spent a lot of money in this particular location. The sales associates are friendly and always ready to help. However, I did not have a positive experience with the last purchase. I gave them a month to special ordered three charms that needed to be engraved and ready by the first of the next month. After three weeks of waiting and no call on the order, I called them. From the amount of time I waited on the phone, it appeared they had lost my order. They said my charms hadn't come in yet. I speculate that they hadn't been ordered. They said give it another week. I waited until two days before I needed them and had to make other arrangements for the birthday gift, but intended to use the charms for a Christmas gift. The store called me 5:30pm the day before I needed them and said they were in and could be engraved that afternoon in the Harbison location. Because I didn't pick them up right away, they put my charms, I waited a month for, out for sale. I did pick them up before someone else bought them and carried them over to the Harbison store to have them engraved and discovered that it takes 7 days for engraving. There is no way the charms would have been engraved the same day after 5:30pm as I had been told. My opinion is someone dropped the ball.

Gwen in Customer Service made everything so painless and quick! She knew her stuff and we were in and out in under 10 minutes for a resizing. I was so impressed by how kind and helpful everyone was and we will certainly be back.

I worked with Wanda Teague to help select a very special ring for my mother's 80th birthday. My Dad gave me a budget and a brief description of the ring he had in mind. One I gave Wanda all of the details and described my mom, Wanda helped me select the perfect ring. My Mom was thrilled by this special gift. With a recent diagnosis of cancer, we wanted to make sure she had a special birthday. Wanda listened so carefully, stayed within my budget, had the ring resized quickly and followed up with a very sweet card. You don't find customer service like this very often.
