Love getting all my Gamecock gear there. I have been a life long customer since they were at the old location next to Kroger off St. Andrews Road. Bought the pic they had on the wall in their moving sale the one of the "Catch" from the USC-UGA game back in 2001.

The manager TONY was wonderful. The help and attention we received was perfect. We are getting married this weekend and bought a ring a month ago that needed to be sized. The work was done on time as promised looked great and perfect fit. I could not possibly say enough about our experience here. I'm using my grandfathers ring which has many years of love built in Tony polished and cleaned the ring to look like brand new. Making our special day beautiful thanks to you all. Will never shop anywhere else .

was in the store last week searching for a 20 year anniversary gift for my wife and the person helping, britnay I believe her was, not sure but she was short heavy set with dark hair was very rude and seemed like she didn't care about answering my questions or didn't know the answers to my questions. after 30 minutes I gave up trying and went to Jareds. if you go to this location don't get her.

For the second time in approx. 4 months, took two watches in for repair. One needed a battery and new synthetic band as it is a diver's watch. The other needed a band/clasp pin replacement. The repair counter person told me to go to another business for the battery and informed me they could not repair a loose pin in my other watch band. She also could/would not refer me to another jeweler who could do the repairs. 
I bought my wife a diamond necklace last year for Christmas, will never visit these stores again. No customer service or repair service whatsoever in my particular case.
