Purschaing my ring was great! I had it shipped out for some adjustments and I just called to check on the status. The lady who answered the phone was so rude. Felt like she was condenscending and was trying to rush me off the phone. Not pleased with her customer service.

I won't be doing business with this Kay jewelers ever again. I got my engagement ring from here, it took three months to have sized to a 4.5. It came in at a 4.75, it was sent in again and sized to 4.5 and still did not fit. The sizer fit perfect but the ring did not. It was sent back for a third time and came back and finally fit. Meanwhile I ordered my fiance's engagement ring and had everything set up with a man who worked there. I called a few times to check on the ring and was told it was not ready yet. They said it would take 90 days. After 90 days of waiting, i called to figure out why i hadn't been contacted yet, and they have no information under my account. No ring, no nothing. I waited three months for absolutely nothing. They claim it was because the man didn't work there anymore. Regardless of the employee's working there, there should have been a ring for me to pick up. I'm furious as i was treated rudely by one of the employees over the phone. Now he has no ring, and they have nothing to say to me or offer me for screwing this up. Rude and Unprofessional!

Best jewelry store I've walked into. Everyone so polite and the team work of the crew was stunningly impressive. The manager was definitely on top of her job and her store. I'm very impressed by the work ethic I saw as well. Caroline was amazing and got my special order ear rings made perfect. She went above and beyond with her customer service.

I went in there last week and I could not believe the customer service I received!  The manager was very helpful and her entire crew chimed in with advice for a very important custom made jewelry that has been a family heirloom. Dallas was a joy when I first approached and helped me tremendously. He somehow convinced me to buy more than I should have he was so professional. Caroline was super helpful as well and has kept me up to date on all of my purchases in a timely manner. I didn't catch the manager's name or the two others who helped me but they super nice and professional and gave great advice . This was probably was the best out of the way customer service I've recieved at any business. I was going to online shop to begin with but I'm very glad I didn't I'd recommend being there physically that online for the first time in a few years!
