Love the employees. Helpful with a smile. Pricey. I use to get my produce there but the last few times very pricey. Two Granny Smith apples $2.11 and two naval oranges $2.29. I didn't purchase them. I now only shop there if I'm missing an ingredient for a meal.

Anytime I need some quick like doing a mini grocery, Savemart is the place to go.

First of all, this place ALWAYS has country music playing. I can stomach it occasionally, but on the third day in a row hearing it, I complained to a cashier who turned out to be a manager. His response was something along the lines of, "Aww, that's too bad. *I* put it on country because I like it more than pop and holiday music." This guy pretty much embodies the store's customer service, with a few exceptions. The deli people are cool and the pharmacy lady is nice and more knowledgable than my doctor, but the meat dept. doesn't know what a hanger steak is or what's in his carne asada, and the cashiers tend to be as rude as the manager, sometimes not even willing to stop their conversations long enough to recognize you the entire time they're scanning your items. Lastly, the produce tends to be pretty poor quality. I've gotten more than one apple from here that was mealy and half rotten inside. If the nearest grocery store weren't 10 minutes away, I'd never shop here.

The prices are high, the dairy is short dated and the customer service is awful. I only go here in a pinch. Otherwise, I would happily drive 20+ miles round trip to avoid it!
