I liked this Whole Foods so much when I moved to Reno 5 years ago. However, it has slowly become less and less vegan and vegetarian friendly. They have a vegan pizza, but it does not have vegan cheese on it. There hot food rarely has anything vegan except for things like roasted brussel sprouts. Burritos and the colds salad bar are the only options. They do have delicious vegan donuts which is why I gave it two stars over one.

This used to be my favorite store but something has changed.   Now I won't go there unless absolutely necessary.  The employees are no longer as helpful or friendly and actually seem to be on the defensive for some reason.   I still like the meat/fish department and the produce department.

The food was sub par today... but they had great service and fixed it.  Good job WF team for caring to make it right.

Great product but prices are crazy. Good for a few items but not a weekly grocery shopping store

While the store was well lit, and clean, it was way too high priced. I have seen some of the items that were priced at $10 or more for a dollar or less in other stores, so, if you buy these items at Whole Foods, you are just paying for a name. I also overheard an employee berating the janitor, basically telling him that he didn't know how to wash his hands. It was awful. So, I gave the store two stars for cleanliness and variety; although the store was clean, it wasn't very welcoming on a personal level, and it was too expensive.
