I love HomeGiids! It is my go-to place, very rarely do I not find what I am looking for, but if I can't find it one time I know it will eventually be there. It's always worth the wait.
Not sure if I like so many food items being offered would rather more small furnishings.

I would just like to express my disappointment in service that I had at your This location. I was shopping and when I reached the back of the store there was a whole group of workers. I'm assuming they were higher ups there because they seemed to be going over ideas and talking about more managerial stuff. I was in the same area for about 10 minutes while they were there. Not ONE of them looked at me, not ONE spoke to me, not ONE. I have worked numerous retail jobs and now work in dentistry which is very customer service oriented and never would I do that. A simple "hello how are you" would have been nice. ESPECIALLY when it is managers, the people supposed to be leading and setting examples and whoever else was there. I also walked around the store, past numerous employees who made clear eye contact with me but never acknowledged my existence. Now, my business is not keeping home goods in business so if you lost one customer it would hurt no one but a piece of advice, get your employees some more training on how to work retail. It's basic life skills that these adults don't possess yet are running your stores. It's shameful. I hope you look into my suggestion and educate your teams on actually caring about other humans that are in the stores to spend money. I see other comments about friendly staff... maybe it's the color of my skin that I didn't get this same "friendliness" the only nice person there, was the cashier in training. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I always find something neat here, I especially like the selection of snacks & gourmet foods. They recently rearranged this section and expanded it. The store is generally well stocked and maintained, they have a good seasonal selection of stuff around holidays too.
