So good halal kabab. The owner is very friendly and courteous; he offered us complementary dessert. I am absolutely coming again. 
Up till now, the best lamb kabab and kibbah I had in the US.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. 
So I went there last Saturday, I called ahead to ask if they charged a cover charge or minimum to spend since I only wanted to smoke hookah and they're response was no. A man answered the phone who I'm guessing is the owner but he gave the phone to lady who said that I could just go for hookah and wouldn't be charge for more. So as I got there I was sat behind a huge pole which stopped me from enjoying the show (belly dancer) but I really didn't care because I just went there to smoke. I waited over 20 MINUTES for a waitress to take my order Then, when I asked for my check they made me wait over half hour, and the total was $64 DOLLARS!!!
They charged me for 2 waters that I never asked for, COVER CHARGE and 18% gratuity. The owner and the waitress said that the owner told me about this over the phone which he never did since I didn't speak to him and practically called me a liar when I said that they didn't.  I ended up paying 64 dollars for only a small hookah, and a "show" that I never got to see. I had the WORST SERVICE EVER, I was over charged and was called a LIAR. 
NEVER COMING BACK HERE!!! and if you'r thinking of going, DON't EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. It's a complete rip off

I love this place!! I go to Sayat at least once a week, and have gotten the best treatment. The lunch portions are great and I'm always stuffed when I leave. The staff is so sweet to me and I am not Armenian so I have no clue what that other reviewer was talking about. I am pleased 100%!!

What an awesome experience here! Great halal food, bellydancers and hookah! Will definitely return.
