Not a busy wait time for a pizza today. I was calling to place a phone order but the line was busy. I placed the order in person. My order took like 20 minutes. Because i ordered a extra large thick crust extra toppings pizza. I was happy this was on a thursday evening. Thought it would take longer since the raider and rams game was playing.
The main reason why I'm giving them 4 stars is because of the very nice older gentleman maybe the owner? and the staff. Very very friendly people. Now the pizza review. Their pizza has drastically changed since I was a child. It use to be melt in your mouth delicious. When I was growing up, there was nothing to critique about their pizza. My mom, my brother, and me went here today. The pizza was ok imo. My brother said it was good but he knows that there are other places better. Their pizza dough is totally different from my childhood. It was tough to bite through. At first I thought it was just me but both my mom and brother noticed it as well. And the dough was thick too. The pizza sauce could be a lot better as well. It tasted like store bought pizza sauce. Then the edges of the pizza was just plain. Just put some olive oil or something on it to make it flow with the rest of the entire pizza. They're pretty generous with the toppings. Those are my only critiques: better sauce, thinner crunchy pizza dough not crazy crunchy but a small crunch to it, dress up the edges of the pizza crust with olive oil or butter. But I would say visit to see if you like it. I forgot to mention that I got a cannoli. It was delicious and crunchy. I just loved the cream. I shared it with my mom and brother. They both liked it.
To go only. Great pizza really! Hand tossed good sauce and cheese.. make sure you call in and give enought time .they are small with one oven and lots and lots of orders... but worth the wait... The torpedo sandwiches are great too ..goood bread. Ask for the canoli . We drive extra 45mins to get this pizza.best around.
This place has been there since my kids were growing up and never changes the recipe to their food. It's my little hole in the wall to go to. Pizza is the best!Food: 5/5

The four stars are for your cheese pizza. It's very good. But today I bought a five pack choco chunk Giovy's Goodies cookies. I have to say I was very dissappointed with these cookies. They are nowhere anything like cookies. They were flavorless and definitely not worth $7.00. The so called cookie had no flavor and appear under baked. The choco chunks were just as dissapointing. The cookies had no flavor. I will never waste money on these so called cookies again. I wish I could get my money back. Oh and once I tried their Canoli. It was meh. Not bad but not good either. I won't buy anymore Canoli's either. May I suggest the owners of Scardinio's Pizza go buy Chocolate Chip Cookies from Porto's by the West Covina Mall. Now they know how to bake good tasting Chocolate Chip Cookies. Get out of the cookie business. Stick with selling Pizzas.
Not big place but like it immediately when I stepped in. Every order is fresh made. Like the family cooking feeling. I felt like back to home kitchen when I saw the old man hand making pizza bread. Lovely feel and tasty food. My dessert-Cannoli is really rich. I will come back again!

I went to oder a pizza on the day of the superbowl and they said there not taking any orders because they have alot of oders.They should just close the place down on this day why have it open.I heard another customer say that he ordered a pizza at 2pm and it's 440 and still has to wait another hour.Thats insane the pizza is good but having the place open and you can't order a pizza is insane.
Pep with cheese great price. Taste actually like homemade. No fancy no made up names just pizza. So just eat... Loved it sandwiches look great. First photo was thin crust. The second one was thick crust also manicotti is really good. Prefer the thick crust with a side of ranch dressing for dipping
