First of all I would like to say thank you to Richard and the other employee who’s name I did not get . Thank you so much for going above and beyond . My wife was very pleased with how the small inconvenience of our order being wrong was corrected and made right . Thank you for everything you guys did to keep us 100% satisfied. This has been our go to spot for years now and staff is always admirable but you guys went above and beyond . Give them a raise
Had my worst experience here today. Order was 20 passed its time. Received 2 emails saying that my order was ready for pickup. When asked about my order, was replied with "I don't know." By girl working in front. I asked to speak with the manager twice and was ignored. Girl took another order. I waited in line and when I got to the front. I asked to speak with the manager 2 more times. Young kid with black hair and black apron came up and said he was the manager. Looked more like the cook. I asked about my order and kid replied that they missed my order, but they are working on it now. He offered me a free pizza which I turned down. Waited 25 mins passed my online life order time to receive my order. Got home and saw that pizza was under cooked.
The food was great and the service was nice and quick. The Inside looks too have just gotten redone very clean looking. You can even order ahead on the app and the pizza will be read when you arrive.
Clean store that should remove the sun shades from its front windows to be a more inviting business but otherwise, fast efficient service. Food was excellent.

This location has been under cooking my pizzas for a while now. A month a go a they messed an order that I asked to be cooked well done but the pizza came falling apart and like always undercooked. The lead said he would replace the order whenever I ask for it. Well a month has passed and I asked for the replacement order today and once again even after a second time of me telling them to make it well done I get a real a shameful uncooked pizza. How do you screw it up twice???
Just ordered breadsticks only tonight and he stated he can have them ready in 30 mins… 30 mins for a call in bread order? Last time ordering at this location

They were awesome. Their was a miss communication with my order and they were so nice to fix it for us. Not only that, the extra Pizza they made was going to be trashed so rather then waste it they gave us those as well. So awesome. Thank you die making our night.
They charge when you ask for light sauce on the $5. Careful when you call make sure you have time for them to keep you waiting on the phone. Carefully when you call make sure to tell them exactly what you want otherwise they will take the chance to charge you more. I got charged two extra fees for light sauce & asking for pepperoni pizza over the phone. I paid $8.43 when I should have paid the $5 plus tax. Little Cesar's has gotten so greedy it makes it really unappetizing that a family company has became this way when it use to be the pizza you would got to first because they use to have your back as a customer but not anymore. They no longer give out plates, cheese, pepper, ...etc. Everything is extra now, even if I want less of some ingredient like pizza sauce. It's such a shame to have to say this but it is not fair.
