The food was exactly as I ordered. The service was the bare minimum required to not be considered rude. The associate was not friendly or courteous. I ordered out of convenience. There was no "customer service" involved in the transaction.

Employe don't know the price if you ask he say I don't know ask for charges and he doesn't know how much is taxed over charge for service fees and he say government order to charge for service fees so 15.00dll piza cost 20.00 and piza was no good that's the new pisa is on publicity on TV don't buy I don't recommend

I was dissatisfied with wait time and the fact that your app does not have pizza tracker technology. I ordered my pizza at 6pm and was calling at 7pm to check the status, i was told it would be another 30 min. i called at 7:30 to check status and was told order had left the store. i then checked my cameras because i was not home and ordered pizza for kids, i seen they dropped off pizza on my porch at 7:10. at that time it was 7:45. my pizza had been sitting out in the cold for 30 minutes. the delivery driver could have had the courtesy to ring the door bell or knock. how were we suppose to know the pizza had been delivered. by the time we ate pizza it was cold. all of this could have been avoided if your app had pizza tracker technology. i will be ordering for dominos in the future.
You got my order wrong twice. On the first order, I ordered a supreme pizza and a extra pepperoni. When I got there an hour later, they informed me that didn’t have my pizza ready because they got the order wrong. I waited 20 minutes outside in the parking lot just to get home and see they got my order wrong again. I did not receive any supreme pizza and the pepperoni pizza was one of the saddest pepperoni pizzas I have ever seen. Barely in pepperoni was on the pizza. It felt more like a cheese pizza. This is the first time I have ever had this type of experience from Pizza Hut and it honestly makes you question if we should stay with Pizza Hut or go a different Pizza Company.
