Great customer service. I had purchased a couple pairs of pants online during the cyber Monday sales, but I never received a confirmation email or a tracking email. I thought this was strange but eventually the package showed up. However, when it arrived there was no receipt in the bag. Again, I thought this was strange and I was worried because I had planned on returning the size that didn't fit. I brought the pants to the store tonight and told the customer service girl, Riley, everything that had happened. She said I could get a refund for $50. I had paid around $70 when I purchased and when I told her this she was quick to get the manager involved and together they both got me my full refund in a timely manner. I was very impressed with how professional the young girl who helped me was. Outstanding customer service.

I buy my tennis shoes here, they have quality product at amazing prices! Anything sports related, you can bet they have it. They have helpful staff, a clean store and good fudge and nuts! I am always greeted with a smile and I love the games they have!

I can always find what I'm looking for at competitive price. The entrance and exit can be difficult to navigate through if the store is crowded. Sales staff is very friendly and helpful.

I had really great service in sporting goods that was custom for the product I was looking for. They didn't carry it, unfortunately, but they did offer to order it in if I wanted.
