Great roofing crew!! They completed the install on my business sooner than expected. Everyone was professional in every aspect of the project. I was so satisfied that I also had them replace the roof on my residence. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing roof replacement or repairs.

Schena Roofing has been doing contracted roofing work at the University of Detroit Mercy for over a decade.  We are very pleased with their professional, courteous service on handling the roofing issues we are faced with on a regular basis.  The Facilities group appreciates the approach that they take on making us feel like our roofing needs are important to them both in the field and in their office administration.

Amazing management. Always kept us informed. Great group of guys on site doing the work. This company knows their stuff and worked well with us to allow us to continue business while they worked. Highly recommend.

SCAM ARTISTS

I wish I could give this company NO stars. 

If you want to spend $50k paying these guys to 'fix' your roof, expect the following:

- they only show up a couple days a week and only work for a couple hours (which is why our house roof took them 4 MONTHS)
- they leave construction debris all over your attic, roof, and yard in addition to soda cans
- stabilizing your roof and securing new bracing means placing a few 2x8's in the middle of your attic 
- project manager acts like a drug addict and lies. He never shows up when he says he will and never returns your calls
- when they are finished 'fixing' things your roof will still leak and your house will still suffer from water intrusion 

And after all of that, they tell us that half of the work they said they would do wasn't included in our contract. Why would we ever pay $50k if they weren't going to fix any of the main problems? Sickening behavior.
