- Would not give us more than 3 napkins. - Stingy in all ways. - Fairly sure they were insulting us in Mandarin. Portions are large, but it's the only good thing. Cashier and staff barely speak English. Napkins aren't openly provided. The soda machine has an issue and thus the Fanta it dispensed was really noxious. The dipping sauce was cold but the food was blazing hot and quite dry.
Living off Rayford Road we would rather go to the research Forest location. The management is rude, they do not put everything they should on the sandwich to cut cost, the Sawdust Road location does not even give you a pickle that all the other locations do. We also noticed that they cannot keep help working there. Asked for hot sauce to go and management lady acted like we was bothering her and she gave us a half a tiny cup of hot sauce. From now on we will go to the research Forest location or do without. We experience the same issues a couple years ago and quit going to that location. Went in to order to go and the same lady was there and the same results. If you dine inside there are no napkins on the table thus you must ask for one, there is no hot sauce on the tables once again you must ask for it. Look at the dining picture on the site you will see an empty counter with no hot sauce or no napkins. I am a member of a local Social Media Group consisting of over 20,000 members and this will be posted in that group. The group is called Rayford Road Roundup.
Discrimination Against Trained Service Dog They refused me service on the basis of me having a fully trained service dog for my disability. I have brought my dog there in multiple occasions, and he’s never once misbehaved, so idk why they have a problem with him. They asked me to provide an ID for the dog, and I explained that that was illegal to ask and that there is no such thing as a service dog ID. They refused to serve me even after I explained the law to them. They said that I don’t look handicapped and asked me to muzzle my dog. I am filing a claim with the ADA and we will go from there.
Hours clearly state closing time is 9pm… here it is 830 trying to get a sandwich and they’re closed…
We ordered veggie and double cheese pepperoni pizza. They both were super delicious. The marinara sauce was missing from the pizza but the pizza base was so fresh that the absence of sauce never bothered me. I loved the taste of both the pizzas especially the veggie one. Keep up the great work . I am definitely going back to this place to try some other food items.
This is my favorite sandwich. I recommend The Original and the sourdough bread is great but I usually get it on Jalapeño CheesebreadRecommended dishesThe Original, Deluxe Original-Style
Nice and friendly greeting when I arrived. Tasty sandwich that I ordered, original small, thank you.
Probably the least tasty schlotzsky’s ever visited. The Original’s bread was not soft and the loaded potato soup was not edible.
Otrder a medium french dip. Also asked for 2 dipping sauces aue jues since it was such a large sandwich and they only gave me one with very little in it. Very disappointed.
Schlotzsky’s is always yummy! And it’s great to have the gluten free option! Suggestion for the manager of this location - play some music inside :
