Terrible service, we paid for a well-done sandwich and what they gave us was bread with salami, tomato and onion, it didn't have all the ingredients, they gave me a cookie that wasn't the right one. When I got my order, the man had already closed the restaurant and it was 9: 15 at night
I feel bad for the kid who was working there alone tonight. Couldn't have been older than 16 years old and said he'd only been working there a few weeks. Place was a disaster which it was obvious was probably left that way for him. And he had to close the store alone. Maybe it's different now, but 20 years ago when I worked at Subway, for safety reasons, there were always 2 closers, and at least one of them was 18 years old and/or a manager. The manager or owner should've been there themselves regardless of the situation. All these 'now hiring' signs and this kid set up to fail for probably a terrible min wage..smh. I would have fully supported him leaving the store keys on the counter and walking out. Pathetic.
I typed my instructions please add veggies and bacon before toasting, thanks when I ordered on the app. When I asked about it when picking up my food, the employee first said he had done that, then he said the instructions don’t show up on the receipt. I pointed them out to him and he just shrugged. What is the point of a special instructions section in the app if the employee isn’t interested in looking at it?
The place was a mess and everything was done wrong my sandwich was made poorly I have been to subway many times but never had it this bad it was also not packed up right to where the ends of my sandwich was left out
First off the guy working had his head phones in. 2nd he asked the 2 of us 5 times what bread we wanted and we got the SAME bread. He had to ask us repeatedly what things we wanted bc he perhaps couldn't hear us since his music was probably loud..3 or 4 of the soda machines were out of order. Lol over all a terrible experience, won't be coming back here.
Olga is very rude. She has a nasty attitude and doesn’t know how to talk to her customers.

Front door was unlocked I walked in the young man said we are closed. I asked what time do you close so that I don't make that mistake again . He said 9pm i looked at my phone it was 8:55 i said it's not 9 yet can you help me out no they are closing early because of Halloween. Poor customer service is how you lose customers. I will never go to this location again.
This is not a one star for the food it’s a one star cause the owner of this location should understand I was in line for more than 20 minuets before I can order unacceptable. One employee to handle 12 people in line with 17 total in the store are you kidding me. This pour girl behind the counter did an outstanding job keeping people patient. I can only Hope that while the owner is at home relaxing they pay this girl for two cause she was outstanding and gets 5 stars Feed back form people in line say it’s always like this. Sounds like someone is penny pinching or can’t keep employees. Maybe the owners should come in and make some sandwiches....
Good food but unacceptable wait time because there’s literally only one person working. That’s bad for business. And the fact you had an older person working alone is just messed up. Nelly was very good at her job and very sweet and worked as quick as she could. Thankful for her hard work but it unacceptable to have one person working with a 30 minute line.
